1. Denying yourself
2. Picking up your cross
3. Following Him
Why do we do this? (vv. 35-38)
1. No matter how hard you try, you cannot save yourself (v. 35a)
2. Nothing in this world can save you (vv. 36-37)
3. He will not be ashamed of us (v. 38)
4. It is all worth it (v. 35b)
